So I want to talk about the 2024 presidential election, but do so by talking about something else.

A lot of Christians are worried because the cafeteria food fight that is modern American politics is seemingly

spiraling out of control. It seems up for grabs who's going to win the election

and whether or not that's actually the case. It's certainly made

to seem the case and a lot of a lot of Christians have a lot of anxiety about the upcoming election.

And what I want to do is talk about why we ought not to be anxious regardless.

If Harris wins, we should be trusting God.

If Trump wins, we should be trust in God. If aliens land and take over, we should be trust in God. Here's, and here's my thinking.

The position of whoever seated at the right hand of God the Father in the

heavenly places in the throne room of the ancient of days. That position is not being voted on.

God is in his heaven, all is right with the world.

Christ is seated at the right hand of God the Father,

and he's going to remain seated there until all his enemies are placed under his feet.

And his enemies will most certainly include the kind of foolishness that we're dealing with now.

Now someone might say, well if Christ is reigning at the right hand of God the Father,

if he's doing what he's doing, then why doesn't he do a better job?

Why this circus all around us? What's going on? Well let me back up and

approach it from another direction. I think that as Christians look at the situation our country is in.
