Hey, everybody, welcome back to the show. Great to be here with you today, brand new Cabral Concept, episode 3468 of the show. I want to go over with you a system that is actually employed by Google, Microsoft, and some of the biggest think tanks in the world. And the great thing is that

your own life and achieve your own goals, what I want to share with you here today is the

OKR system. So OKR stands for objectives

plus key results. The big metric here is not necessarily the objective, which is your goal, right?

We're going to talk about that in a moment, but actually the key results. That is what most

of us are missing when we find ourselves off course and not necessarily moving closer to our goals.

So I've shared this before, but one of the important things to understand is that as humans, it's pretty easy to be goal seters.

The people that are not able to set goals are those people that are lacking self-confidence and really self-worth.

And that's important to note as well because those are things that you want to work on.

Because it affects your relationships. It affects your health, everything. If you don't feel

worthy, if you don't feel deserving in life, it can be quite detrimental. So I absolutely do recommend that.

But if you have hopes, if you have dreams, you set goals for yourself and, you know, you say,

I try to work towards them, but you're not necessarily achieving the certain level that you

believe that you deserve or that you can perform at. You can begin to use these OKR. So let's go through them right now.
