These five factors that I'm going to share with you right now are things that I try to use in my daily life.

Now, do you have to be perfect? No, but I'm going to say that I've gotten better at my daily life. Now, do it to be perfect?

No, but I'm going to say that I've gotten better at each one of these over the years. And having done that, it's made me a lot more resistant to stress, and I know that I need it, as well as a whole lot happier. And I hope that they do the same for you. So let's dive right into the show right now. The first one is this, is that people that

become mentally strong or are mentally strong, they embrace change. This has to be one of the

hardest things for humans. Now, the problem is, and you've most likely read about this in your
