0:20.2	applicable to your real life. This week there are a couple things happening. I
0:24.9	mean it's kind of a lot and kind of not a lot. I don't know I'll let you decide.
0:29.1	But one important theme that I think is happening for a lot of people based on
0:35.9	the kind of big picture of what we're going through astrologically is feelings
0:41.4	are coming up, right? You've got all these feelings coming up and you may be
0:46.8	trying to make sense of them or you may be trying to apply your logic to them.
0:51.4	And it may or may not be working. So what I want to kind of start this
0:56.4	episode off by saying is that cognitive intelligence, like your ability to
1:01.5	analyze, process, and understand information is not the same thing is your
1:07.9	emotional intelligence. Your ability to stay present with and feel what you're
1:15.6	feeling and then sort through your emotions and come to a place that reflects
1:21.1	not just what you feel, but what you feel plus emotional maturity, right, which
1:27.6	is really just responsibility for the self and what is responsibility, but
1:32.8	simply the ability to respond, right? So being able to respond to our own
1:38.0	emotions and to emotional stuff in our lives with integrity requires self
1:43.9	awareness. It's a practice and it's not one that anyone is like magically,
1:48.3	naturally excellent at all the time. There's just so much kind of piling up
