Excellent, excellent. The cocktail of the week this week is the Buffalo Soldier.

This is a cocktail that it took me like a week and a half to make,

but it's a very simple cocktail. It is two ounces of pecan infused bourbon and a quarter ounce of demeraris simple syrup.

So it's real boosy.

It's basically just booze.

A little bit of sugar.

Smokey booze. Nutty booze. A little bit of sugar. Smoky nutty booze. Nutty. Yeah, not really

smoky, but nutty. So I toasted some pecans a week and a half ago and then I put him in a jar with the bourbon and then I waited like 10 days and then I strained it all out and then I made the cocktail. It's tasty.

Yeah, it's very it's a very good pop a cocktail. The pecan's tasted surprisingly not as good.
