| 0:30.0 | Welcome back to Missing. I am Tim here today with Lance. Lance, how are you today? |
| 0:39.6 | Doing pretty well today, Tim. We're coming off of a night last night where we raised some |
| 0:43.7 | money for our nonprofit, private investigations for the missing and in just about an hour |
| 0:48.5 | and twenty minutes we raised over $1,000. So I just want to start off right from the |
| 0:53.3 | jump here with a big thank you to everybody who donated. You can still donate because |
| 0:57.9 | we want to hit that $5,000 mark by February 3rd, which is National Missing Person Day. |
| 1:03.7 | And you can go to investigations for the missing.org where you can find a link to donate. |

| 1:20.1 | for the missing and the fundraiser that we're doing over there. That is going to be Monday's |
| 1:24.7 | episode of Missing. We're going to play some of that. So if you're not inspired to donate |
| 1:29.2 | yet, maybe you will be after hearing that. This episode though, Lance is about the death |

| 1:42.6 | Canada. And her remains were found in 2012. And as of this recording, her case is an unsolved |
| 1:50.3 | murder. And we were joined by Jennifer Amel. And you can just tell how frustrating |
| 1:54.7 | the three of us are as we're talking about the, I guess, lack of investigation or lack |
| 2:00.0 | of urgency with the law enforcement in regards to Amber's death. And you just have to feel |
| 2:06.0 | like this has something to do with the fact that this is a native woman in Canada. And |
| 2:10.5 | even though Canada has come to terms with the fact that they have been the perpetrators |
| 2:16.6 | of some severe atrocities towards native people, this is one of those examples of how |
| 2:23.3 | to act in 2010, 2011, 2012. These types of things were still happening and being severely |
| 2:29.8 | ignored. |
