Aliphine is back! Back on the run (!!!), and back on the Ali on the Run Show. The last time Aliphine Tuliamuk — the 2020 U.S. Olympic Marathon Trials champion — was on the show, she was eight months pregnant, readying to give birth to a baby girl. And now, that baby girl is here: Zoe was born on January 13, 2021, and on this episode (her first postpartum podcast interview!), Aliphine reflects on her pregnancy, on giving birth, and on the first few weeks of new motherhood. 0:54.3	Alephine gave birth to her daughter Zoe eight weeks ago, and I'm so thrilled and honored to get
1:00.9	to have her here today. If you were call Alephine came on the show back in December, just a few weeks
1:06.7	before giving birth, and we heard all about her pregnancy, which she kept a secret until she was
1:12.2	seven months in. Pretty incredible feat, especially in 2020 and 2021, when our lives are all over
1:19.0	social media. Don't know how she pulled that off. So today it is catch up time. We get to hear
1:24.9	all about what labor and delivery were like and what motherhood has been like for Alephine so far,
1:30.2	as you would expect she is open and honest and holds nothing back. And excitingly, right after we
1:36.9	talked, Alephine was headed out for her first postpartum run, the best feeling. And of course,
