I've been working with so many private clients that have been trying to now improve their overall anti-aging longevity. They know they need to add some cardio to the mix, to their workouts, but they don't necessarily know where their heart rate should be. It seems overly complicated to start to calculate all your different heart rate zones. So in one, two,

three, four, and five, how often you should be training in them. So what I like to do for my clients

is greatly simplified things and I want to do the same for you here today. So what I want to go over
