We are back in the office. We had a week out of office here for the 4th of July. Yes. And it was, it was an interesting week. I mean, I'm sure for both of us.

But the big thing for me this year was that we have been doing the renovation for now six solid months.

Man, it's a long time.

Yes.

So we are in what they referred to in the Marvel Cinematic Universe as the end game.

The end. We're in the end game now. We're in the end game now. Yeah. Why did you do that?

Oh. So it's, it's definitely like a year that has been full of expense. And so as such, we decided not to use our mid-year break to take a vacation, but instead

just kind of do a staycation, which has been really good because like our house has, I mean,

like living through a renovation is, is just like one of those life experiences that I feel

like all people will probably experience some version of

just like their home being in a state of like disarray and you can't really do anything

about it. But like that for us, I mean, we have like a pod in our driveway that's like,

you know, full of stuff. Right. Our basement has been like a dumping ground for pretty much everything else.

My office has been occupied by a double sink vanity and a king size mattress for months.

You know, and it's like there has just been nowhere to go.

Right.

You know, and then on top of that, you've just had people in the house and it's just felt extremely claustrophobic because you're just like, you kind of feel

like your, your space is always being like, just invaded a little bit. Invaded a little bit. Hard to

relax. There is dust positively everywhere. Right. And yeah, so it's just been tricky. And, you know,

like, even like Alice's entire, like closet situation because our new bathroom, like the room that it occupies was her closet.

So, like, her entire closet has been like in our dining room.

And, you know, I don't know.
