All Smiles Excerpt:
Soft white clouds floated across the brilliantly blue sky. Tucked snugly on top of the fluffiest cloud Dragon stretched. After a refreshing nap Dragon felt ready to play again. Spreading wings wide, Dragon hopped off the cloud and flew towards the forest. As Dragon approached the trees, a familiar melody danced on the warm breeze. Dragon smiled knowing it was Gerry Robin. Dragon spotted the robin on an upper branch of an oak tree. Though she had been singing, Gerry wasn’t smiling. Dragon wondered why. Was she tired, sad, or maybe just content? Dragon flashed a great big grin at the little bird and immediately received a smile back.

| 1:21.3 | Breathe in through your nose, filling up your belly and then out through your mouth, pretending you are breathing fire. |
| 1:32.3 | Ready? Deep breath in and out. |
| 1:42.3 | Feel your legs back and belly soften. Again, deep breath in and out. |
| 2:00.3 | Now, as your chest, arms and shoulders relax, think of a mama deer gently nudging her baby up onto its feet, encouraging the fawn to stand on its own. |
| 2:18.3 | You feel connected and loved just like the baby deer. |
| 2:26.3 | Last one, fill up your belly, deep breath in and out. |
| 2:40.3 | Close your eyes as your head, face and neck soften, completely relaxed. |
| 2:50.3 | Loving energy surrounds you and you are cherished. |
| 2:58.3 | Enjoy the feeling of relaxation and hold your hands out as if you are holding a beach ball. |
| 3:08.3 | You are holding a ball of loving energy. Feel your hands warming as you slowly move your hands apart. |
| 3:24.3 | Then towards each other, feel the energy in the ball growing. Move your hands apart again, then towards each other. |
| 3:48.3 | Let go of the energy ball and allow it to roll down to your feet. |
| 3:56.3 | Imagine the ball releasing energy into your feet. Take a deep dragon breath in and out. |
| 4:16.3 | Enjoy the feeling of warmth in your feet. Feel the energy warming your legs as it flows up to your lower back. |
