And it's led to a lot of people pushing this idea that companies exploit their employees because they're using the Ibrax-Kendi frame for things, that anything that leads to an outcome that doesn't go well for a certain person, it must mean that the source of the process that that person went through, they must be wrong rather than the person, maybe just be going through the wrong process, or maybe they're getting the outcome they should get and the person is just playing a wrong game. |
