Sometimes life gets to be too much and you snap.

For most of us, this means we yell at a loved one, scream into a pillow, or maybe punch a wall. But for some, a piling

up of tragic events can lead to a much more devastating outburst. On April 9, 2002, a man took

all of the tragedy in his life and snapped in the most dangerous way, taking the lives of five

other innocent people down

with him. So, if you like your coffee hot but your bones chilled, sit back and start your day

with a morning cup of murder. On April 9, 2002, a man named Edward Lutz went to the Dover, New Jersey home of Dominant Galliano, 51,

and his wife, Gale, 49, and fired several shots killing the couple. He then went and shot their

25-year-old son, Christopher. The Galeanos were his neighbors, and they knew Edward as the mean man who yelled at people for walking on his lawn, and told neighborhood children to throw eggs at the homes of his enemies.

He then went to another neighbor's home and killed 48-year-old Gary Williams and his 49-year-old wife, Tina.

Thankfully, before he could suffer the same fate as his parents, 23-year-old Robert

Williams jumped from his window and left with only an injured ankle.

Edward drove to a nearby township and shot a Seaside Heights police chief, James Costello,

twice in the leg and once in the wrist before fleeing. James Costello wasn't a

stranger either. He was Edward's former boss and was once considered a close friend, a fact that James

was able to relay from his hospital bed after surviving the attack. Edward Lutz, who was now a dangerous

murderer on the run, was once a police officer who spent
