Hey, everyone. Emily Abadi here. You are listening to episode 243 of Hurtle, a wellness-focused podcast where I talk to inspirational people about everything from their highest highs and toughest moments to essential tips on how to live, a healthier, happier, more motivated life. We all go through our fair

share of hurdles. My goal through these discussions is to empower you to better navigate yours

0:44.3

and move with intention so that you can stride towards your own big potential and of course,

0:50.5

comparing yourself to others and releasing their opinions,

1:44.9

moving on from toxic relationships, that kind of thing. Plus, can affirmations be helpful

1:50.2

in the adoption of a self-love practice and what those might look like if you want to do it

1:56.6

right? And something I want to make sure that we really hammer in today is that you can have a positive

2:03.7

self-love practice, but still go through bouts of negative self-talk.

2:08.8

Now, when you have a positive self-love practice, that makes the, let's call it, reverberation

2:14.8

from that negative dialogue a little less severe.

2:18.7

It enables you to come back into your body and have a little bit more grace on the regular.

2:24.7

And we talk all about that goodness today.
