all about scars. It is summer. We are showing more skin, and some of us have had some battle

scars, and surgical scars, traumatic scars, scars from things healing poorly, scars are real problem, and especially when you have them on your

face. But in general, scars can be treated. And in case you didn't know, we have multiple ways

of smootening and softening the appearance of scars. I am a big fan of prevention. So if you are

injured and you have trauma occur to the skin, it's super important, number one,

to get rid of infection and to make sure the wound is sterile.

So washing it out with saline or water, very important.

Basically scrubbing with soapy water and just removing superficial dirt, debris, and, you know,

foreign material is number one.

And then getting some antiseptic on their alcohol or betadine, number two.

And then probably a topical antibiotic to help assist with bacteria control would be number three.

And finally, keeping things occluded or covered to trap in moisture.

And the weepy cirrus exudate of the wounds helps those growth factors that are released from your platelets to bathe

All of those growth factors in your serum like platelet-rich plasma are released when you
