Three of my favorite things, all in one title, especially if I were to embark upon a conversation,

more especially if I were sitting across from somebody in a position to offer some useful

advice.

Somebody, for instance, with a couple of PhDs who's worked in the mental health

field for many, many years. Somebody who actually knows what they're talking about. That would be Dr. John

Deloney. He's written a great book, and he's becoming a pretty good friend. And Chuck, I saw you

taking notes as he was talking, almost as though he was diagnosing you.

Well, wouldn't he be taking the notes if he was diagnosing me?

Well, see, that's what makes John so different. He can't write.

He somehow got me to write down the stuff that's going to help me. No, listen, you know, you said he's

got two PhDs. He also has a master's degree, a bachelor's degree, an education management

certification from Harvard University and a group crisis intervention, individual crisis

assistance, critical incident stress management. I don't even know what that is, dude. Crinness, critical.

In spite of all that, he's filled with good advice. Yes. And he's like a regular guy. He's a regular guy, thus the title, a beer, some nachos, and a bar stool. That's where he does his business. Yeah. The operating premise is simple,

folks. We've never had more people in the care of mental health professionals ever. The world
