We continue our coverage of a serial killer we will only refer to as JG who murdered at least 33 boys in the Des Plaines, Illinois area -- some of whom have never been identified. Jim talks about the brazen arrogance of some psychopaths like JG who believe they can mingle and be buddy-buddy with law enforcement yet not be discovered for their crimes. Laura wonders why law enforcement at this time was not being more proactive when boys and young men were going missing in the same area.
