You know, I thought about when I was writing the book or the idea for it came about, it was like I could write a book about menopause and pelvic floor health. I could write a book about, you know, pregnancy and birth. But I felt like there wasn't even the 101 guide on the pelvic floor. And that's why it is so comprehensive. I was like, we just need a starting point for women to better understand this part of their body.

Thank you for doing this. And as someone who's love language, words of affirmation, I'm like, oh, my goodness, this is so wonderful. And I'm thrilled. It's out in the world. I feel like I sent a kid off to college and like do good in the world. And just, you know, so it's nice to have two years of work kind of really just be out there living and in people's hands and homes. Yeah.
