producer John Joseph Adams. He's the editor of Light Speed and Nightmare

magazines and the series editor of the best American science fiction and

fantasy and he also oversees John Joseph Adams books, an imprint of

Houghton Mifflin Harcourt. The latest book he edited,

Creatures of Wants and Ruined by Molly Tanser, a prohibition-era fantasy

about diabolical liquor, is out now.
