It's heretics that's right I'm sure a lot of you have wondered why there is no longer a

podcast called on the edge with Andrew Gold in your, what does one call it, a library, Your podcast library? I don't know. I just went with the

change. It's been three and a half years. I came to realize that on the edge doesn't

necessarily encapsulate very much. I suppose it has this element of

fringeiness but I've noticed that over the years that although I interview people who have been

in fringy situations that the whole point is that most of the time they're not anymore. This is not

documentaries where Louis Thru goes and meets Nazis. This is a podcast where I talk to

somebody who once was a Nazi or more likely a Scientologist or something like that.

And there's also been a move that I'm trying to push towards topics that really interest

me as I did at the very beginning of this podcast and that's heretics that's people who

stand up and say things that go against the modern orthodoxy they might be wrong what

do I know but they're interesting people at least sometimes

that might be a cult defector and for the coming months there will still be

basically look the YouTube channel has been split into two. There's two channels now, the main channel. I know you guys don't care about YouTube, this is the audio podcast after all, but this is what's happening. The YouTube channel, the main channel that's got nearly 300,000 subscribers.

That is going to be sort of the celebrity-based stuff.
