The revelation wellness instructing training has changed my mind completely matter of fact I mean

I've having these three days of an awesome workout in the morning I think I not think I do

believe in the Lord just spoke to me in my heart this morning that I want to become a group fitness instructor and use revelation wellness because it it combines and it just saturates it with the word of God, with you being happy,

you being comfortable with whom God created you to be at this particular point in time in your life, but there's always

room for growth, there's always room for progress, and that we don't allow the enemy to

tell those lies in our ears that we can't do this or you look funny or this is for women only.

No, this is for everybody.

In Revelation Wellness has really, this instructor training has really opened my eyes and my heart up to that.

I have this burning and desire in my spirit and my soul to really be that ambassador,

be the one out in front who is going to push men past their limit to make them realize

yes, we are commanded to be fruitfully,

I mean to be spiritually mature but at the same time if we cannot physically

if we have physical ailments if we cannot physically get ourselves out to our churches or to the community or

be able to play with our kids or to do Bible studies or to do any type of activities

what good is it to be able to deliver the message of Christ, to deliver the message of the

gospel.

So we have to have a healthy body.

God did not promise us that we were going to live forever, but the quality of life which we have here on earth should match our spiritual maturity.
