How are you dealing with helping family and friends with tech problems when you can't be there in person?

What are you sort of your remote troubleshooting strategies?

Are there new things that you've come up with in this time of self-isolation?

Allison, let's start with you. Well, probably the thing we're using the most is with my husband's parents.

His dad is 85, something like that, and he runs into problems from time to time.

And the biggest tip I have is that if you've got somebody who really doesn't know what they're doing,

I message works really well, or is it messages, whatever we call it these days.

Inside messages, if you start chatting with someone, there's a little button in the upper right says details, and you can actually screen share from there.
