in the legal field.

And this is our first episode of November, but I'm filming back to back today, which I'm

jazzed about.

And I am honestly just excited to get back into it.

Okay, gorgeous, perfect. I don't really have too much of an intro for you. Maybe it's because I feel very brain dead today. I don't know what it is. I'm

exhausted. When am I not exhausted? But let's get into it. Let's get into something. Please,

please, Lord. Here we go. I am going to start this case off with a question for you. Who owns the sky? Who owns it? What is your best guess? When you own a piece of property, when you buy a piece of land, does that ownership extend all the

way to the moon? Does it include the clouds? Is it past the moon? Is it a football field above your

house? Shorter, farther? The principle of ad column states that, quote, whose is the soil, his it is up to the sky.

He who owns the soil or surface of the ground owns to an infinite height.

Since the earliest embryological state of property ownership, our common law has adhered to that
