And I was so overwhelmed because like on one hand, I had such a good week last week from a personal standpoint, but then from like a people standpoint. |

4:48.6 | It just was a lot for me to like emotionally handle and I don't like disappointing people or making people upset. And I just need to start clean this week. |
4:58.6 | But from like a personal standpoint, I feel like I had a really good week. I made a commitment to myself in the beginning of the week. Like I knew I was going to be really busy because it was fashion week. I had some interviews at work. People I was interviewing. I knew I had personal training two times last week. |
5:15.6 | So I had all of these commitments. And sometimes what happens is I over commit and then I end up canceling things. And I'm trying to be more accountable to myself. So I was like, I'm not going to cancel any of my plans. Like even if I'm tired, even if I'm overwhelmed, like I made these commitments and I need to follow through. |
