| 0:56.5 | listings are down, new listings are down year over year. So January 2025, we had 8% new |
| 1:05.3 | listings coming to market. And then January 2026, we're down to 3.4% new listings coming to market. |

| 1:13.4 | So it's more, but it's not significantly more. |
| 1:16.8 | It's not exploding. |
| 1:18.0 | It's not like last year we had 8% and this year we have another 10, 15%. |
