Sure, it's my pleasure. I'm always happy to do these presentations and especially I'm interested in this particular topic, this idea of time blindness as it's sometimes called

of being aware of time, managing time,

predicting time.

We're gonna talk about all of this stuff because obviously time is. time, being

we're going to talk about all of this stuff, because obviously time is an important,

being aware of time and using it well is an important key to success in life,

whether you're 10 years old in school or 50 years old in the workplace.

So let's just talk about, you know, to begin with, kind of what is this idea of the sense of time?

So the sense of time is one of the executive functions and

you know the executive functions get kind of talked about a lot in the world of ADHD as

well as in a few other worlds, but the sense of time or executive functions are some of our highest level cognitive processes that we use to alter our own behavior,

so we direct them towards ourselves

in order to create a better future for ourselves.
