1:21.2	bit of a story that I just experienced here in Costa Rica. I'm in Costa Rica right now and I just
1:28.5	finished having a raky massage. Now I've had raky done before but I've never had it done before,
1:36.8	first of all on the beach, which is freaking awesome and then also in combination with a massage.
1:41.9	I just had the most incredible experience, so many insights, just a really really cool way of
1:49.7	looking at life from a different lens that I knew I had to get on and share with you guys.
1:56.5	Oh my god, where do I even start? So this morning I was in a bit of an unresourcible state.
2:03.1	I was dealing with a couple challenges, a couple of problems, not feeling so inspired, just one of
2:08.7	those days where it felt like a little bit of a drag to get up, a little bit of a drag to start
2:13.5	working and I wasn't feeling as inspired. And so my mom, my amazing mom, has been seeing this massage
2:20.8	therapist in Costa Rica on summer beach and she's been seeing her for about, I want to say 10 years
2:28.4	and so she highly highly recommends her obviously and around noon today I decided to walk on the
2:35.8	beach and go and get my raky massage and I wasn't expecting anything of it to be honest and when
2:41.3	I got there, I was really feeling down on myself and Brandon just finished having his massage and he's
