bestie here to break down another wild ass true crime case for you.

Today's a bonus episode it's not in the normal release schedule but I heard

about this case a lot of you guys have been requesting it and so I knew I had to jump on here and break it down for you

Throughout history serial killers have it targeted society's most vulnerable individuals, with unhoused people and sex workers

often becoming an easy target.

One of the most infamous examples is Jack the Ripper, who terrorized London in 1888 by brutally murdering at least five sex workers.

To this day, the true identity of the killer remains a complete mystery.

However, advancements in forensic technology

offer hope that scientists may finally

be able to shed light on this case,

even with DNA that is over 130 years old.

Similarly, in the United States, we have experienced our own rippers, so to speak,

such as the notorious Long Island serial killer.

In 2010, an investigation into a woman's disappearance

led to the shocking discovery of 11 bodies in Long Island, who all were

primarily linked to the sex trade.

This horrific mystery cast a somber shadow over the once tranquil Gilgo Beach community,

rocking its residents' sense of safety and security.

While the case seemed to grow colder with each passing year, a dedicated task force

composed of various law enforcement agencies have been working quietly behind the scenes to track down the killer.
