| 1:41.0 | So I was working in the city, like, just graduated and a Sleigh is picked by the way. |
| 1:47.0 | We sound alike sometimes, so I want to clarify that. |
| 1:51.0 | And I guess I was just starting out and you got all the enthusiasm in the world and you want to make the most of opportunities. |
| 1:59.0 | And I was encountering challenges about how to navigate the workplace and challenges such as microgressions and a lot of responsibility, |
| 2:07.0 | and just making sure that as a Black woman you're seen and heard in the best possible way. |
| 2:13.0 | And at the same time, I was, I saw my boss, he was a white male, his boss was a white male, his boss is a white male. |
| 2:20.0 | And I was asking myself, okay, will I thrive in this environment? Will I be able to kind of like rise through the rank sort of thing? |
