funk. And just advice on that because, I don't know, these past two weeks, I've just been a little

bit unproductive, a little bit lazy. I don't want to use the word lazy,

but just a little bit out of it. I guess you can say, I haven't been my full self. I haven't been

sleeping right. I haven't been waking up at maybe the best time. So I kind of just want to get on

today and talk a little bit about that. And just remind you guys, we all get this way.

It's never, you know, it's not normal to wake up every single day at 6 a.m. and have a lemon water and go to the

gym and have this stupid productive day that's just not realistic for human beings. And I think that

we sometimes forget that because on a day where we feel off, we see someone having the most

productive day ever on their Instagram and we're like, shit, why can't that be me? I should want to

feel productive. But we also need to remind ourselves that other people feel the way we do sometimes.

And that's what I'm here to tell you guys, because I've definitely had that this past week where I've

just been super tired, unmotivated, haven't been able to sleep and just been off my routine. Even today,

I woke up at like 11 a.m. and wanted to wake up like at 8 a.m. to get a really good workout
