Summary

Mental toughness isn’t just a skill you practice—it’s who you are. Skills are important, but they’re about what you do. Mental toughness is about your identity, your way of being. It’s your willingness to keep showing up, doing the work, and putting yourself out there, even when success hasn’t shown up yet. Today I’m breaking down why mental toughness is in your DNA, not just in your to-do list. Show Notes:  [01:20]#1 Skills are what you do.  [09:17]#2 Being mentally tough is not something that you practice. [14:55]#3 Do not outsource your toughness to motivation.  [19:10]Recap Next Steps: 🎓 Work On Your Game University Get structured, get paid → WorkOnYourGameUniversity.com 📧 Dre’s Daily Emails (Free) Clarity. Mental toughness is an identity, not a skill.

And you need some skills in order to have game.

0:35.7

Game is your ability to use those skills to produce results.

on the basketball court or driving a car when you're behind the wheel of

your vehicle. Being mentally tough, which means having resilience in the face of difficulty,

it's not something that you pick and choose to do at different times. Being mentally tough is just a way
