Yeah, you guys, I don't know if any of you have been, like, closely tracking the lawsuit, probably not because it's been two and a half years. But I would say there was probably 15 to 20 new filings in our lawsuit in the last two weeks probably. So it's been a little hectic. We did like a little tiny update in our mini Q&A that we just did on our Patreon. Otherwise, I don't really know how to even update, but potentially soon. Yeah. It's like kind of like a non-update. Like there are updates, but like nothing dramatic has really happened. It's just like a lot of dramatic stuff. Oh my God. I just don't even know. It's a lot. Yeah. It's a lot. It's a lot. So,

bear with us, but we're back. And we have, well, I was going to suggest we have just one topic because Lily insists on surprising me with something that she says could be a whole episode. So I was like, okay, cool, let's just do that. But she said no. Well, I don't even know how to describe the topic, you guys. We can blame Bose for this one. It was a personal fan request,

And it's something. So she, uh, brought me down a rabbit hole, basically at like 1.30 last night.

Our researcher then went down the rabbit hole today. I feel like it also could have a follow-up episode because, like, I didn't have time to, like, fully deep dive. And there's just, like, a lot of, it's not even, like, a story per se. It's just, like, a person. Okay. I don't know how to describe it. But basically, we could probably do a follow-up later because they're kind of, like, blowing up right now, I think, but yeah, I want to leave it open-ended. So basically we're going to do a topic that's like more close-ended. Like we know what happened has a resolution. And then the next one will be more Jesse's reactions. All right. I mean, whatever. I'm along for the ride. So let's get started. Well, I know what the first topic is because I actually looked into this one or I saw it on my TikTok and yeah, very bizarre. We almost had two Uber topics that almost happened because there was another thing going on with Bunny Hadai. Hadaya. Do I always say her name wrong?

Yeah. And that one, I mean, we could even still cover that. It would take like two minutes. It's not like much to it. But yeah, some weird Uber things going on. Very different ones. Yeah, lots of them. But both involving sexual things. Yeah. So both of them involves sexual harassment to a certain degree. But it's interesting because this story we're going to be covering is the Uber driver being sexually harassed. And then Bunies is her being sexually harassed by the Uber driver using AI. Very, very bizarre.

Anyway, we're going to cover the Bunny one in our next episode, most likely. But let's just watch this dash cam footage. I don't know if you guys have ever been in an Uber with a dash cam. I've always wondered, I've been in a couple with them. And I never knew the like consent vibes of it in terms of like, guess it's approved by Uber, right? I guess that's a thing

that's fine. I don't care personally. Like, I guess it's like a safety thing and I don't mind it at all. But I just always wondered. Well, and it's interesting because I know that there's a lot of accounts that do dash cam videos, but it's not in a negative sense. It's like to show like fun. Like there's that guy that does like the karaoke where he like turns on the lights and stuff. That I would

assume he's getting their consent like he's having them sign off or like at least verbally agree to being uploaded because I think it's also one thing to film it and another thing to upload it to social media. That's my main thing of like how did this end up on TikTok? Like I'm fine with it and like he deserves to tell a story. I guess I just wonder in a broader sense what that means. Like, maybe when you agree to the Uber ride, there's some clause there that you don't even know about that allows you to be filmed. It's interesting, because I honestly didn't really think about that. He just brought it up because this is not something that the girls in the video would have ever agreed to being led online.

Hey, girlies. So I looked because obviously I was curious. And under Uber's community

guidelines, if you scroll down a little, there's a section titled, Help Keep One Another

Safe. It has a variety of rules. One of those is recording video and or audio. Drivers may choose to install and use a

dash cam, which can be used to record rides and provide evidence to Uber, law enforcement, or

insurance companies in the event that something goes wrong on a ride. Drivers and riders may

choose to use their phones to record rides as well. Please note, and then there's some bullet points.

It says, in some locations, local laws and

regulations require that individuals provide consent to being recorded and or be notified of the

recording in advance. Please check all local laws to understand your responsibilities. Then it says

users may submit recordings to Uber at their discretion. Uber will review submitted footage and

take all action consistent with the community guidelines and platform terms of use. But then the last one says, sharing or streaming

a person's image or audio or video recording on social media or in other digital or physical
