Let me just stop you right there. No. No, it will not. I feel pretty strongly about it.

You seem very certain. And our guest today has also a certain amount of certainty regarding a certain amount of things.

He's a builder.

He's a custom home builder named Nick Schiffer.

And I really like what Nick is doing.

And you wound up going on his podcast as a guest recently.

How did that happen? And why? Can you dial back that all

just a little bit that like what that, W-T-A-F? When you asked that question? Sorry. He asked me,

I mean, I was a consolation prize, truth be told. He wanted to get you on the podcast. Apparently, his podcast, all of his listeners, have wanted you to be a guest for the longest period of time. And of course, you are incredibly busy. But when I first met him to talk to him, we had a conversation. We zoomed for like 45 minutes and we had this great conversation.

And he kept trying to get you on the podcast. I thought, he's not available then. He's not available then. But blah, blah, we'll try and do it or whatever. And he said, well, why don't you come on?

We had such a great chat. So I certainly answered the hell out of that one.

I kept his contacts because I thought, you know, Nick is doing something. He's a custom home

builder. He started out as a carpenter and now he's a general contractor and he's really good.

He has a company called NS Builders.
