What took me really to seven figures is when I started to learn how to delegate how to build a team

Because I only had 24 hours a day and I could work 12 of those hours 15s of those hours and I would be

exhausted because I was working a lot and you know never been afraid to work hard

but then I realized it's like look I don't want to be the one posting the listings

packing the orders going to the post office answering my own emails doing my

accounting all that stuff so I started pushing non-strategic functions to other people and finding people that could work for me.

So I hired my family, I hired my mom, I had my stepdad, I found my wife, married her, hired her, and then we started building a team.

Building that team and allowing me to have more time to do the creative stuff, to strategize,

to see the growth opportunities and more income streams is what took me to

seven figures. Right so that was the first mindset shift to go to seven figures

delegation and learning how to lead other people.
