| 0:20.6 | It can be very difficult to embrace and many of us don't want to even think about it. |
| 0:27.2 | When someone hurts us, when someone hurts people that we love, we want them to hurt too. |

| 0:39.8 | I call it, to understand all all is to forgive all. I know what I'm going to say next. |

| 0:56.0 | When people hurt us or people that we love, believe it or not, it may be a very crazy insane reason, |

| 1:11.0 | doing, and they may even need to be punished for what they're doing. |
| 1:15.1 | But what they're doing at some level has reasons behind it. |

| 1:26.2 | chance we had walked in their shoes our entire lives, we may have come up with the |

| 1:34.0 | You may be saying, that's crazy Dr. Puff. |
| 1:36.0 | I would never do what other people do, like terrorists or rapists or trial molesters. |
| 1:42.0 | And I know that's true. or rapists or rapists or trial molesters. |
| 1:43.0 | And I know that's true, but what if you had been abused at the child or brainwashed |
