Today's topic is, before you scale your

business, there's some things to be fixed and addressed. Now, this episode is specifically made

for the entrepreneurs and people running businesses who want to take their businesses

beyond the level of, let's say, sustenance, sustaining, and you wanted to actually

become an enterprise and an entity all unto itself, to where the business is the entity,

rather than just you doing the stuff. I talked about scaling up your life in episode 29,

95, and also doing things that don't scale in episode 28.

Today I want to talk about things you want to make sure you get in place at the

foundational level of your business before you even, first of all, try to or even think

about scaling up your business.

In other words, making it into, again, an entity unto itself to where it doesn't require

you.

And even if you completely stepped away, the business still keeps doing what it's doing. You want an example of this on a super high level. You think of something like Walmart, who Walmart still runs these days. The guy who started Walmart, Sam Walton's not even alive anymore. A company like Apple, Steve Jobs is the, he was one of the starters of the company that he left the company, came back, and he passed away about 15 years ago. Apple was still Apple.
