Wendy, welcome. Thank you so much. Lovely to be here. It's great to have you here. The anxiety is

a big topic and you start off your book, which is titled Good Anxiety by saying we live in an age

of anxiety. Quote 40 million or 18% of the American population suffer from one or several anxiety

disorders including panic disorder, PTSD and general anxiety disorder. And you say these numbers
