climbed to a significant position over a 20-plus year career in a leading restaurant chain. One typical

Friday, his boss called to schedule a Saturday meeting

at precisely the same time as his son's basketball game. He hung up the phone, turned to his wife,

and said, today was my last day working with them. Today, I'm delighted to bring you our featured

guest, Robert Malin. Welcome, Robert. Well, thank you, Don. Nice to be on the show.

Thank you, sir. Robert, are you using your talents doing work that you love?

I think I absolutely am, yes, sir. Okay, well, we want to hear every detail. For the first 25 years

of his business life, Robert was a successful executive in the restaurant and software industries.

In 2002, he became a professional speaker and business coach.

He's done close to 2,000 full-day seminars and inspired thousands with a focus on leadership,

business, and life.

In 2013, he and business partner Bill Watkins created the Rusty Lion Academy. They work with

businessmen and key leaders between the ages of 30 to 49 who have unrealized potential and to feel

like they've lost some of their freedom due to their work lives. He lives outside of Atlanta,

Georgia, with his wife Sandy. They have five spectacular children and a most cherished

granddaughter. Robert, that's a summary of your very exciting career today. Tell our listeners,

what you're up to now that has you engaged. Actually, the biggest thing that I'm doing right now

is a company called Rusty Lion Academy, which we actually launched back in 2013. But my partner

and I'm a business partner, his name is Bill Watkins.
