What's the perfect starting lineup format and bench size for a 12 team redraft league?

I know there's not a single correct answer, but just wondering your opinion.

Yeah, so I'm always going to be on the side of having more players in your starting lineup.

So more flex spots and more starters overall.

And the main reason is because I think that teams who have the depth should be rewarded

for having that depth.
