Lack of true connection in our lives is a verified epidemic - meaning there are actual studies that show that we (women especially) are feeling more isolated, lonely, and depressed than ever before. The most beautiful I have witnessed since starting the Shameless Mom Academy is the connection between so many of you. It started in our free private Facebook group.
