0:10.0	Well, we investigate all manner of death.
0:14.0	So it's not, most of the time when people think about death
0:19.0	investigation, you tie back to that idea of investigations.
0:24.2	They think of a criminal act.
0:26.3	Well, not all deaths are related to criminal activity.
0:32.4	So, you know, you begin to think about homicide detectives.
0:36.5	Well, what's the focus of a homicide detective?
0:38.5	Well, is it dealing with the body specifically?
0:44.9	Or is it, from a police perspective,
0:48.0	trying to track down someone that committed a crime
0:51.1	that brought this individual to their end?
0:55.7	For us, in the medical legal world, I don't, I mean, yeah, I'm just like anybody else.
1:02.8	I don't want to see murders walking up and down the street, but our spectrum is very broad.
1:07.4	So we do homicides, accidental deaths, suicides, undetermined. You know, so accidental,
1:17.8	I think I mentioned accidental, but natural deaths. And for me, you know, working in this,
1:24.6	in the world that I inhabited for so long and now teaching for so long.
1:30.8	I always found that the natural deaths were probably more intellectually stimulating than homicides most of the time.

1:40.9	Yeah.
