And in team sports, sometimes there are days, there are games,

there can be time periods during the season when nobody really has energy, nobody really feels like practicing, nobody really has brought the right energy or a mindset to a particular game.

But you, as the leader, you want your team to

win. You want the team to be successful and it's obvious that nobody else has the energy. And

you can try hyping them up. You can try cussing them out. You can try calling timeout and hoping

that people drink enough gatorade to get excited about the situation. But sometimes there's only

shit is working. So in a sport like basketball, for example, where anyone can perform any function,

sometimes you have to pick up where your teammates have left off and you have to bring the energy
