Welcome to the Fallout lore cast, the podcast that explores the boundaries of our knowledge

about the world of fallout.

There's a very specific question that has come to mind to me recently about the nature of the

Fallout games, and I decided that this week I was going to address this question in a format that's different than I usually do.

Well, it's not that different, but it is different. Instead of picking a topic and digging into the

lore or picking a topic and kind of speculating about where things might go in the future,

although I don't do that part as much as the digging into the lore part, I decided that I'm going to do what is the equivalent of an essay on this topic,

because I think it's interesting, and I think it's something that a lot of people don't discuss.

And that is one of the things I like to do on my podcasts, is bring up topics that other people haven't covered yet, or at least

to cover them in a different way. So for this week, we're going to be delving into the question of

who is the main character in Fallout. And I'm sure some answers have already sprung to mind. You might have some ideas about this,

but I have a very specific answer that I'm going to get to in a minute. So I wanted to welcome you
