this is going in? Well, I think there was a lot in there that most people can support across the political

Some of them are ideas that kind of started or were announced on the Conservative government.

And there's a lot of common sense in there.

You won't find many people thinking that it's a good idea to spend millions of pounds

on bat tunnels or that red tape is good.
