But something that when it comes to goals and moving forward, I always like to ask the question,

you know, if you had a perfect day or perfect week, what would that look like so anyway when talk about that

first week or that first month I mean if you can't envision it you're never going to

achieve it so being as concrete as you can and that visualization which I know that you used

to think the visualization was like kind of hokey you've talked about that before but

yeah so as you're planning ahead if you have the

perfect week or the perfect month what does it look like and also if you if it's

not perfect I find that my client's biggest successes come from their ability to get back on the horse.
