And it's on something I think it's very important that we need to talk about and that is why nihilism is a moral failure let me start with the truth

most people feel but rarely articulate nihileism is seductive.

It has a certain flavor to it.

That dark, bitter, cynical taste that feels mature,

almost sophisticated.

You look around the world, you see chaos and corruption,

cruelty, and dysfunction, and disappointment.

And you go, yeah, okay. Nothing matters. matters nothing matters nothing means anything i see what's happening

here and on the surface it feels like insight it feels like clarity and it feels like finally you've

stopped lying to yourself but let's be honest meaning is is heavy. Responsibility is heavy.

Hope and duty are heavy.

And nihilism offers a very simple alternative.

Just drop the weight.

Put everything down, tell yourself none of it matters.

Walk away from the burden of being a person who matters in a world that needs you.

There's something ancient in us,

something wounded, something tired,
