0:23.2	Y'all, my heart is so full. I got to spend this past weekend with my coaches, with the coaches who've been certified as LMS coaches through my program.
0:41.9	And there was about 120 of us there total, I think.
0:52.7	But it was a weekend of community and teaching and fun and dancing and just complete inspiration.
0:56.1	And my heart is so full from the weekend.
0:57.9	I have some fun stories to tell you,
1:02.0	and I thought this would be a great time for us to talk about the company you keep.
1:05.1	So we're going to talk about why community is so important.
1:06.1	Seven reasons.
1:10.2	It matters so much the company you keep. And an invitation in case you are ready for a different

1:17.0	So we, I host basically two live events a year and one is in the middle of the year and that's
1:22.7	for my whole program, whether my women are coaches or not, that's for life mentoring school. It's called
1:28.0	Love is Magic. That live event is insane. There's usually around 350 people at that one.
1:35.8	And then in November, this is the second time that I've hosted my coaches, that I've brought my
1:40.2	coaches together for, you know, teaching and community and just a way to fill them up as they're
1:47.5	going out to serve their clients. And I am telling you something. I really do believe that saying
1:55.6	that you become like the five people you spend the most time with. So it's a good way to take some inventory
2:01.6	and ask yourself, like, oh, is the company that I keep helping me to step more into my true
