Summary

One of the themes I’ve been seeing repeatedly in our community recently is around feeling stuck in roles that feel out of alignment with our core values. This shows up in our jobs when we see that companies we work for don’t truly stand behind their mission statements. This happens in our families when we see our siblings, parents or in-laws not acting in high integrity. This happens in our friendships when we see the women around us judging and gossiping and putting other women down. This is hard to watch and even harder to be a part of when we feel we are right in the middle of it all. It often feels like a massive breach of our own integrity - which feels confusing and really conflicting. I want to challenge you to step back from these situations for a moment to get a better view of what’s going on and consider the ways you can RISE UP when you’re in the middle of situations which feel our of integrity and out of alignment with your personal and professional core values. 0:59.3	summer. I can't even handle it. It's so great. And last weekend I was up in Calgary, or up in Banff,
