0:14.1	So, Jacob, you're coming to us, you're vice president of IT, but you've got a long history
0:20.5	of working in IT in leadership for a lot of years at some really like brand name companies.
0:26.5	Like you're currently working for a manufacturing outfit with products that like pretty much all of us have probably touched.
0:33.9	And in your past roles, like we've we've almost definitely been to some of the places
0:38.4	you've been doing IT for. Can you, can you elaborate a little bit on like, where, where's your
0:45.0	history coming to us from? Yeah. So I've actually, you know, one of the things I've had fun with
0:49.8	is in leadership roles is working in different industries.
0:57.0	Part of that is, you know, you're always kind of like, hey, maybe the grass is greener on the other side.
0:57.8	Then, of course, it isn't usually.
0:59.5	You're like, oh, my gosh, everyone has tech debt and a lot of the same problems, right?
1:03.9	So I've been in the medical area working for, you know, healthcare.
1:07.9	I've been in manufacturing.
1:09.4	Currently I'm in manufacturing.
1:15.1	Retail, you know, so some of the, some of the companies I work for, like, you know,
1:21.1	Fortune 500 companies, like Foot Locker, you know, Manpower Group. I worked for at one point,
1:26.2	you know, a large boiler manufacturer. That's pretty well known. So, yeah, I've been kind of in and out some some different industries and
1:28.4	you know uh it's been a fun ride to to experience everything that that you learn in each of those
