today. I wanted to share this particular episode, which is all about essential oils and hormones,

because it was an episode that I recently went back and listened to the

whole thing over again for my personal benefit. I recently learned through some home testing that my

cortisol levels are quite low in the morning. So I tuned in, wrote down all the tips I could

about how to improve my hormone health thanks to this
