because we're late with the podcast we've been late like three out of the last four

weeks or something I'm not saying I wasn't embarrassed then but now I'm even a little bit more embarrassed.

Well, we're doing it. So that's a thing. That's right. We are. It's better to be late than to never do something. There should be a saying about that, but anyway.

No kidding. The cocktail of the week this week is the Vucare.

Yes, it is. We just got back today from New Orleans where we were for a couple days. We'll talk more about that in dog updates. Excellent. But dog updates or rambling. Dog updates. Oh, okay, all right.

The Vukkary is a kind of classic New Orleans cocktail. It is

Whiskey, Konyak, Vermouth, Benedictine, Pejod's bitters, and Angistore bitters.

I think that's four liquors. Yeah I'm going to make us one but not now. No that's

sort of like the sazirac which is that's a heavy drink that often is my last drink of the evening, whether I wanted to be or not.

We've had a number of drinks in the last couple days.

Holy smokes.

So this is just the cocktail of the week. Maybe we'll drink one later. Maybe we'll split one.

Location does encourage consumption. When I'm in Germany I drink way more than here and when I'm in New Orleans.

New Orleans is a great consumption city. They have such good food and such good drink.

You need either three stomachs or more time than we had.
